Is the software license perpetual, and are future updates included?

Your software license is perpetual, meaning you can use the current version of the software indefinitely. The license includes free updates for all releases within the current major version. When a new major version is released in the future, it will be offered as a paid upgrade.

How many computers can I activate my License Key on?

You can activate your license key on two devices owned and used by you.

Can I transfer a License Key activation to a new computer?

Yes you can transfer an activation. First you need to deactivate the key on the old computer, you can do this by opening the software on the old computer going to Help / View License Key, and then pressing deactivate, then close the software. Then install the software on the new computer and then enter the license key. If you’ve lost access to the computer see below.

I’ve lost access to my computer how can I deactivate my license key?

You can remotely deactivate the license key by logging in and going to the License Keys page, and then pressing ‘Deactivate’ for the computer you can’t access.
